Curried Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
Cauliflower - Florets
4 lbs
Sunflower Oil
2 1/2 tsp
Madras Curry Powder
1/2 tbsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 ̊ F
2. Cut cauliflower into small florets and add to mixing bowl.
3. Add sunflower oil and curry powder to cauliflower and toss.
4. Place on sheet tray in single layer and bake in oven for 20 minutes turning halfway through. Enjoy!
