Sheet Pan Smashed Potatoes

| Small Red or Yellow Potatoes |

| Olive Oil |
2 tbsp |
| Kosher Salt |

| Granulated Garlic |

| Onion Powder |

| Fresh Parsley - Chopped |

Directions
1. Preheat oven o 425°
2. Toss bell peppers, onions, and potatoes in a medium-large bowl with all remaining ingredients.
3. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined sheet tray and press each potato down with a fork to make "smashed potatoes".
4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden, then enjoy!
