Directions
1. Start by making a mulled cider: add apple cider, maple syrup, orange, lemon, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom to a medium pot. Let it come to a simmer then set it aside.
2. Meanwhile, add sliced apples, pears, and cranberries to a pitcher.
3. Pour in the mulled apple cider, a bottle of champagne, and bourbon.
4. Stir and serve!
