Elevate your average salmon fillet with a flavorful crust made from panko, herbs, brown sugar, and spices.
It's all made one pan, so clean up is minimal. We also found using salmon with skin-on adds more flavor from the natural oils helping create a sauce at the bottom on the pan—it's quite delicious. You won't believe how flavorful this salmon is!

Easy Baked Salmon

| Dijon Mustard |

| Lemon - Juice and Zest |

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
2. Line a baking sheet with foil. Mix the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, 1 tsp kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl. Mix the panko with the parsley, butter, 1/4 tsp kosher salt and a few grinds of black pepper in another small bowl.
3. Place the salmon on a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. Spread the to salmon with Dijon - then press the brown sugar mixture all over the salmon then top with the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Bake until the breadcrumbs are golden brown, and the salmon is flakey when pressed. This should take about 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from oven and top with lemon juice, parsley and zest. Enjoy!
