Crispy Garlic Dip
| Plain Greek Yogurt |

Directions
1. Add the yogurt to a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and stir until smooth.
2. Heat canola oil in a small nonstick skillet and add minced garlic over medium-low heat. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Once the garlic becomes golden-brown, pour the garlic and its oil on top of the yogurt, then stir to combine.
3. Now, add your thinly sliced garlic to the same pan cook until it becomes golden and crispy. Spoon the crispy garlic out of the oil, top the yogurt with it. Serve with your favorite chips, and enjoy!
